Rooted is an event group and creative collective located in the DMV. Their mission is to celebrate and amplify music from the African continent by creating intentional, inclusive dance spaces that unite diverse communities through sound. They  are committed to building from the ground up. Starting small, nurturing a strong foundation of community, and growing with purpose all while uplifting emerging DJs and providing accessible platforms for authentic expression and collective joy.
