SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING:

​

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process your order, this does not include weekends or holidays. Orders with handmade items will be shipped 2 days after purchase. For made to order items, allow 3-5 days for printing before shipping is created.

​

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email is then sent containing your order details and tracking information.

​

We also offer express shipping options (does not apply to handmade artwork) available at checkout. Express shipping does not expedite printing times for made to order items, it will only expedite the shipping time.

For busy holiday seasons please add an additional 2 days for processing. If you are ordering gifts, make sure to order them 2 weeks in advance.

RETURNS:

​

All sales are final. No refunds will be permitted. Most of our pieces can not be resold once they are ordered/opened. We do allow exchanges if one of the following apply:

• You received a damaged product

• You received a different color or size than what you ordered

​

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Notification for EU consumers: 

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

​

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

​

Therefore, BOPHO and their associates (ex. Big Frog, Printful) reserve the rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
